We started a unit of National Service Scheme (NSS) of Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam (Reg.No. NSS/SFU/IDK/MGU/3/519) to mould students to be responsible citizens of tomorrow. It enables students to realize the challenges they face in real life and makes them active and creative. They are motivated to dedicate their service towards the development of society. The NSS Unit is engaged in various kinds of activities inside and outside the campus. It organizes various seminars, social awareness classes, personality development classes and undertakes social development schemes. It works with the proper guidance of the programme officer.
